1. Scope of Application

These Terms govern the use of the WealthVisionEdge.com website and all services offered by WealthVisionEdge (Business ID: BN 926471835 RP0006), with a particular focus on economic coaching, leadership development, and spiritual growth for executives and entrepreneurs.

2. Agreement Formation

An agreement is established when the client confirms a proposal from WealthVisionEdge in writing or enrolls in a service online.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in CAD, exclusive of tax. Invoices must be settled within 10 days. Late payments incur a 5% annual interest and administrative fees.

4. Services & Liability Disclaimer

Our guidance is provided to the best of our expertise. We are not responsible for clients’ financial outcomes; all advice is to be regarded as non-binding recommendations.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Our coaching services are tailored, making them non-refundable after agreement. Cancellations permitted free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% service fee applies.
• Completed sessions are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
